Return & Refund Policy – BIGtoy Autocare

At BIGtoy Autocare, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking
  • You received the wrong product

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or partially consumed
  • Request made after 3 days of delivery
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  2. Share your order details and product photos/videos
  3. Our team will review and confirm your request
  • Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 9–10 days

Instead of a refund, you can also request a replacement product (subject to availability).

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
