At BIGtoy Autocare, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email
  2. Share your order details (Order ID / Name / Phone Number)
  3. Our team will confirm the cancellation if the order has not been dispatched
  • If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 9–10 days

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within a few days. For any issues, you can contact us for assistance
